What this amendment would do

The purpose of this amendment is to ensure that the Director prioritizes the removal of the following individuals over longtime residents who do not have criminal records:

Individuals who have been convicted of serious crimes.
Individuals assessed to be dangers to the community based on individualized threat assessments.
