What this amendment would do

SA 5461, submitted by Mr. COONS, aims to add a new section to bill S. 2.

The report must include the following details:

The name of every individual who received taxpayer funds from the fund.
The amount of taxpayer funds each person received.
The justification for giving taxpayer funds to each person.
