What this amendment would do

SA 4787, submitted by Mr. Warnock, aims to change the bill by striking everything after the enacting clause and inserting a new section.

The purpose of this amendment is to have the Secretary of the Treasury transfer necessary funds from unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated under section 100052 of Public Law 119-21.

These funds are intended to provide sufficient funding for the Department of Housing and Urban Development's HOME Investment Partnerships program, which is authorized under the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act.
