What this amendment would do

SA 4729, submitted by Mr. WELCH, aims to add a section regarding DHS CONTRACT INFORMATION to bill S. 1383.

The purpose of this amendment is to require the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide Congress with copies of every contract and subcontract for Department of Homeland Security advertising campaigns that were started on or after January 20, 2025.

This report must be submitted within 30 days after the Act is enacted.
