The purpose of this amendment is to amend the Passport Act of June 4, 1920, to exempt passport fees for:

Any person applying for or renewing a passport on or after the enactment of the SAVE America Act to provide documentary proof of United States citizenship as required by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993.
