What this amendment would do

SA 4674, submitted by Ms. Hirono, is an amendment to be proposed to amendment SA 4420 for bill S. 1383.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a new section titled Findings to the bill.

This section aims to add the following information:

  • Congress finds that the Election Fraud Database from the Heritage Foundation (a conservative policy research organization) shows fewer than 70 verified cases of noncitizens voting over 40 years.
  • These cases represent .0001 percent of over 1,000,000,000 votes cast, which is a statistically negligible proportion of votes.
