Funding Changes
- It proposes to repeal sections 90003 and 100052 of the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" and rescind the unobligated balances of those funds.
- It proposes to appropriate $75,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 to the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund under the Social Security Act.
Health Provision Changes
- It aims to repeal subtitle B of title VII of the Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14, with specific exceptions.
