SA 4645, submitted by Ms. Alsobrooks, aims to add a new section to bill S. 1383.

The purpose of this addition is to require the Attorney General to do the following on an annual basis:

Prepare a report regarding incidents of deceptive voter suppression practices from the previous year and the enforcement actions the Department of Justice took.
Submit this report to the Committee on the Judiciary for both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
