What this amendment would do

SA 4619, submitted by Mr. HICKENLOOPER, is an amendment to bill S. 1383.

The purpose of this amendment is to insert a Sense of Congress regarding the following points:

There is no evidence that mail-in voting has a higher potential for fraud than other voting methods.
Giving all voters the option to vote by mail can increase voter participation.
About 25 percent of Republicans voted by mail for President Trump during the 2024 general election.
