What this amendment would do

SA 4508, submitted by Mr. SCHIFF, is an amendment to bill S. 1383.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a section requiring the Attorney General to take all necessary actions to unseal all grand jury testimony provided by Kashyap Patel, the current Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
