What this amendment would do

SA 4480, submitted by Mr. Graham, aims to add a section to bill S. 1383 titled the Enemies Expatriation Act.

The purpose of this amendment is to change Section 349(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to include new ways a person can lose their nationality. These additions include:

Engaging in, or purposefully and materially supporting, hostilities against the United States.
Becoming a member of, or purposefully and materially supporting, an organization designated under section 219(a).
