What this amendment would do

SA 4462, submitted by Ms. Rosen, aims to add a section to bill S. 1383 regarding continuing appropriations for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel.

Provide necessary funds for fiscal year 2026, starting February 14, 2026, for periods where full-year or interim appropriations are not in effect.
Ensure TSA employees receive standard pay, allowances, benefits, and other regular payments.
Prevent payments to employees who are already receiving such pay from other sources during the specified period.
Charge these expenditures to future applicable appropriations or authorizations once they are enacted into law.
Ensure payments follow the requirements and limitations set by the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025.
