What this amendment would do

SA 4439, submitted by Mr. Gallego, aims to add a new section to bill S. 1383.

The purpose of this addition is to express the sense of Congress that Alex Jeffrey Pretti and Renee Nicole Good, former Minneapolis residents killed by Federal immigration enforcement officers during Operation Metro Surge in January 2026, were not domestic terrorists.
