General License 133: This license authorizes the sale and delivery of Russian Federation crude oil and petroleum products loaded on vessels as of March 5, 2026, to India.
General License 134: This license authorizes the sale and delivery of Russian Federation crude oil and petroleum products loaded on vessels as of March 12, 2026.
