Prohibition on Federal Funds: It stops the use of Federal funds to implement, administer, or enforce Executive Order 14243 (which relates to eliminating information silos) or any following executive order.
Restrictions on Palantir Technologies Inc.: It prohibits the use of Federal funds to acquire or use software or services from Palantir Technologies Inc. for processing personally identifiable information in any systems of records.
Contract Termination: It mandates the termination of any contract that requires the processing of personally identifiable information as described above.
