SA 4124, submitted by Ms. Hirono, is an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3951 and bill H.R. 4016.

- Repeal Section 70411 of Public Law 119-21.
- Restore the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as if Section 70411 had not been enacted.
- Ensure these changes take effect as if they were included in the original enactment of Public Law 119-21.
