SA 4122, submitted by Ms. Hirono, is an amendment to be proposed to amendment SA 3951 and bill H.R. 4016.

The purpose of this amendment is to change Section 25F(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 by adding an income restriction.

• It aims to prevent any taxpayer with an adjusted gross income of $1,000,000 or more for the taxable year from receiving the credit allowed under subsection (a).

This change would apply to taxable years starting after December 31, 2026.
