What this amendment would do

SA 4121, submitted by Ms. Hirono, is an amendment to be proposed to SA 3951 and H.R. 4016.

The purpose of this amendment is to require the Secretary of Education to use funds from the Act to:

  • Reappoint and restore every employee of the Department of Education who was wrongfully removed from their job on or after January 20, 2025.
