What this amendment would do

SA 4100, submitted by Ms. Blunt Rochester, is an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3951 and bill H.R. 4016.

The purpose of this amendment is to change the funding amount and source in section 453(a) of division C. Specifically, it aims to:

  • Strike the amount of $764,514,000 and all following text up to and including $515,060,000 from the unobligated balances.

  • Insert that $514,514,000 shall be derived by transfer from the unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated in division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58).
