What this amendment would do

SA 4066, submitted by Mr. Hickenlooper, is an amendment intended for H.R. 4016, which deals with appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.

  • Finalize, issue, or implement the proposed Bureau of Land Management rule called "Rescission of Conservation and Landscape Health Rule" (90 Fed. Reg. 43990).
