What this amendment would do
SA 4058, submitted by Mr. Lujan and Mr. Heinrich, is an amendment to SA 3951 and bill H.R. 4016.
The purpose of this amendment is to change section 426 of division C by striking the following text:
", prior to the completion of the cultural resources investigation identified in the explanatory statement described in section 4 in the matter preceding division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260)"
