What this amendment would do

SA 4010, submitted by Mr. Merkley, is an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3951 and bill H.R. 4016.

The purpose of this amendment is to change the bill by adding a section that rescinds all available amounts for the Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile program.

  • These amounts were made available under section 20008(a)(1) of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Public Law 119-21).
  • The rescission applies to funds available for obligation as of the date the Act is enacted.
