What this amendment would do
SA 4009, submitted by Mr. KIM, is an amendment to bill H.R. 4016.
The purpose of this amendment is to add a requirement that the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General testify before the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives.
- This testimony must occur no later than 30 days after the Attorney General submits the report required under section 3 of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
- The testimony will focus on the substance of the report.
