What this amendment would do
SA 3431, submitted by Mrs. Shaheen and Mr. Crapo, is an amendment to bill H.R. 3944. This bill focuses on appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.
The purpose of this amendment is to change section 250 of title II of division A by adding the following:
- $36,879,000 shall be made available for the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Program.
