S.Amdt. 3089

SA 3089, submitted by Mr. Kennedy, is an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3038 and bill H.R. 3944.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a section that mandates a 2 percent across the board reduction for discretionary appropriations.

• This reduction applies to divisions B and C of the Act.
• The reduction is to be made on a pro rata basis.
• The target divisions are the Agriculture and Commerce, Justice, and Science discretionary appropriations.
