What this amendment would do
SA 3012, submitted by Mr. Warnock, is an amendment to be proposed to amendment SA 2976 and bill H.R. 3944.
The purpose of this amendment is to add a section regarding funding for the Office of Equity Assurance.
It aims to ensure that:
- Not less than $2,000,000 from the amount appropriated under "general administration" (available to the Office of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs) shall be available to operate the Office of Equity Assurance.
