What this amendment would do

SA 2999, submitted by Mr. Blumenthal, is an amendment to bill H.R. 3944. This bill deals with appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.

This assessment concerns medical conditions linked to military environmental exposure to radiation and other toxic substances at Camp Stronghold Freedom in Karshi-Khanabad (K2) in Uzbekistan.
