What this amendment would do

SA 2886, submitted by Mr. Gallegos, aims to change the amount of budget authority being rescinded in section 2(b)(2) of the proposed amendment SA 2853 to bill H.R. 4.

The amendment proposes the following changes:

Change the rescinded amount from $168,837,230 to $52,837,230.
Add a rule that the rescission in that paragraph will not apply to funds provided in that Act for the International Atomic Energy Agency.
