What this amendment would do

SA 2882, submitted by Mr. Durbin, Ms. Alsobrooks, and Ms. Klobuchar, is an amendment to amendment SA 2853 regarding bill H.R. 4.

The purpose of this amendment is to change the amount of budget authority being rescinded. Specifically, it aims to:

Change the amount rescinded from $460,000,000 to $210,000,000.
Add a provision stating that the rescission must not impact funding made available for Ukraine.
