What this amendment would do

SA 2866, submitted by Ms. Rosen, is an amendment to amendment SA 2853, which relates to bill H.R. 4.

The amendment aims to change the following:

Change the amount in section 2(b)(9) from $1,650,000,000 to 1,625,000,000.
Add a provision stating that no funds rescinded under section 2(b)(9) shall come from unobligated balances for the Al Hol and Al Roj Camps or the reintegration of individuals from the camps.
