What this amendment would do

SA 2854, submitted by Mr. Schiff, is an amendment to amendment SA 2853 (proposed by Mr. Thune for Mr. Schmitt) regarding bill H.R. 4.

The amendment aims to make the following changes:

  • Change the amount of $500,000,000 to $66,000,000 on page 3, line 14.
