What this amendment would do
MR. BOOKER submitted amendment SA 1196 to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 7 for the fiscal year 2025 budget.
The purpose of this amendment is to create a deficit-neutral reserve fund. This fund allows the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate to make adjustments for legislation related to compliance with Federal law.
Specifically, the amendment aims to add a requirement that all individuals working for the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), including the United States DOGE Service, the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization, or any DOGE Team, must publicly release their financial disclosure forms.
