What this amendment would do

Ms. Warren put forward this amendment, known as SA 1070, to deal with how we handle Russia's war on Ukraine. If we are voting for folks in Washington, we need to know what they are trying to do with our budget and our laws.

What It Aims to Change

  • Creates a reserve fund: The amendment adds a deficit-neutral reserve fund to the budget resolution.
