What this amendment would do

  • The amendment requires the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to annually compile and publish a report on a publicly accessible website.

  • The report must identify the Federal costs relating to the implementation of section 236(c)(1)(E) of the Immigration and Nationality Act for the preceding 12-month period.

What It Aims to Change or Add
