What this amendment would do

Any alien who has been granted or is eligible for deferred action under the DACA program from the June 15, 2012 memorandum.
Any alien who has been granted or is eligible for deferred action under the DACA final rule from August 30, 2022.
Any alien who is 16 years of age or younger.
